Whichever of these you call about, the sequence is the same: a free in-home consultation, precise measurements, existing conditions documented, then scope and materials agreed with you in writing before anything is ordered. That order matters more than it sounds. A remodel that stalls usually stalls because something arrived that did not fit, and the replacement is another lead time away.
What you can expect from any of them
The consultation is free and in your home
Not a phone quote. The two things that decide a project's cost, the layout and what is behind the walls, cannot be assessed from a description or a photograph.
Nothing is ordered on an estimate
Measurements and existing conditions are documented first, so custom-sized components are planned against the room you actually have rather than a standard assumption.
The underlying work gets the same attention as the finish
For applicable bathroom projects that can reach the subfloor, wall system, drain, PEX plumbing and valve work. It is invisible when done right, and it is what decides how the room holds up.
Surprises are raised before they are billed
Older Middle Tennessee homes hide soft subfloors and past water damage. Anything found once a wall is open is reviewed with you before additional work proceeds.
