Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling in Lebanon, Tennessee
Lebanon is the Wilson County seat and the town we are based in, so this is the shortest trip we make and the county whose permitting we know best.

Working in Lebanon
The stock splits fairly cleanly. Around the historic square and the older streets nearby you get genuinely old houses, where a bathroom remodel is as much about what the last three owners did to the plumbing as about the fixtures. Out toward the interstate the subdivisions are much newer and far more predictable. We quote those two situations very differently, which is why we would rather look at the room than price it over the phone.
Permits and jurisdiction
Lebanon is incorporated and issues its own building permits, so a job inside the city limits does not go through Wilson County even though the county seat is here. Addresses in the surrounding unincorporated county do go to Wilson County. Same county, two different front doors.
Requirements change, so treat this as orientation rather than a substitute for confirming with the local codes department for your specific parcel.
Being based in Lebanon means we can look at a job here on short notice, and it is the one town where a second visit to check a measurement costs nobody a half-day. We work out of vans and come to you — there is no showroom to visit.
Questions we get from Lebanon
Do I need a City of Lebanon permit or a Wilson County one?
It depends which side of the city limit your parcel sits on, not what your mailing address says. Lebanon is incorporated and issues its own building permits, so a job inside the city limits does not go through Wilson County even though the county seat is here. Addresses in the surrounding unincorporated county do go to Wilson County. We establish which queue applies before anything is scheduled.
How quickly can you come and look at a bathroom in Lebanon?
Sooner than anywhere else we serve, because this is where we are based. Lebanon is the shortest trip we make, and it is the one town where coming back to re-check a measurement costs nobody half a day. That matters more than it sounds. Measuring twice is how we avoid ordering to a nominal size and discovering later that the opening is not standard.
My house is near the square and I have no idea what is behind the walls. Is that a problem?
It is the normal situation in the older part of town, and it is the reason we do not quote from a photograph. Around the historic square a bathroom remodel is as much about what the last three owners did to the plumbing as about the fixtures. We document conditions before pricing the work, so the number you get reflects what is actually there rather than an average.
